COLLABORATION AND COLLEGIALITY
High quality Corps programs cultivate relationships throughout the broader Corps movement. To cultivate such relationships, Corps programs:
- adopt a collaborative spirit toward colleagues;
- respect differences in mission and program design;
- interact regularly with others in the field;
- constructively approach perceived problems and issues;
- avoid duplication of effort;
- where appropriate, engage in cooperative planning in support of other Corps at the local and regional level and avoid competition for local funding; and
- seek to build the capacity of the entire Corps network by sharing best practices and special organizational and program strengths with other Corps programs.
The Corps Network reserves the right to remove any comments to the blog it feels do not promote the spirit of collaboration and collegiality. |
